It is impossible to only lose fat from one part of the body.

Me too. My legs, butt and boobs are the perfect size but my midsection is ridiculous. I wish I could spot reduce but unfortunately it doesn't work like that. I'll just have to keep focused on my calorie deficit and hope ot eventually evens out.2

Ugh. So far I have gained. And only had a lumpectomy so I didn't even get the new boobs.
OP - we can't choose the one spot we would like to lose. The body does what it wants.0
