Tons of fruits and vegetables. They always top my list. Skim milk, lowfat yogurt/cheese, 45 calorie slice wheat bread, eggs

If you "hate" exercise, you just haven't found an activity you like yet. I can say I "love" exercise, but I do enjoy finding different physical activities to try. I am constantly mixing it up which keeps me somewhat interested. And, you don't have to "love" exercise, you just have to do it!

Not enough time to see results ... sorry!

OMG! It's great. You started! Who cares what others do and do not do. You are doing it! Congrats and keep it up!

Calorie deficit! Track what you eat ....

Good post, thank you! It's hard not to get discouraged especially when you are so close to goal and haven't lost in 3 months. But, the thing is, it's a forever journey! And, it will happen ....

Go get some inexpensive, new jeans that fit you and that you look and feel good in ... and rock 'em. Wear 'em till you drop the weight. Might as well feel as good as you can about yourself throughout the process!
-
Of course! I love carbs ... all of 'em!

It's hard! I go period where I drink something every night and then sometimes only on w/ends. I work towards adding them into my daily calorie allowance (which can be hard when you only get 1200 to begin with!). On the good side, I have noticed that as I have lost weight, I can't drink as much without getting tipsy! So,…

I think it's all about what you put in them ... and from what you are saying, it sounds fine. I might skip the oj (unless its fresh squeezed oj). As for my sweet tooth, I use raw honey in my tea and eat fudgsicles. They are loaded though with chemicals ... :frown:

I am short (5 foot), lost 25 pounds, and still have 'em. Oh, and I am 42!

My coworker calls that feeling ... "Hangry!" You are hungry and angry and yes, I think most of us have experienced it. Just hang in there. Remember, you will have good days and bad days ... little changes lead to big ones!!!

I actually work out in the evenings, so the thought of having a big dinner actually makes me sick! I usually eat something before I exercise (my main dinner, but not big). Then, afterwards, when I am making my lunch for the next day (usually a salad), I nibble on the veggies. After I shower or bath, I eat a couple of…

Figure out a more satisying breakfast ... and if you are going to binge, choose healthier options (e.g., fruit, veggies, etc).

Forget about, go for a walk, get moving. Tomorrow is a new day. Vow to make it better!

No other choice but to stay patient. It's a way of life.

Would never buy a larger size in pants than a size 8 --- even though I needed them. Would not admit it to myself.

I would use the macros set by myfitnesspal. Just my opinion. Hang in there!

Congratulations!

Actually, I started following my husband!

It typically takes your body time to adjust to the changes you are making. Two weeks is not very long. If you are doing everything right and after 4/5 weeks, you are not losing, then you need to reexamine.

This happens to me when I don't eat enough. Try to at least eat something before you get on!
-
Wow! Unbelievable. Congratulations!
-
Make sure you are wearing appropriate shoes and socks! Very important, trust me!

My husband is alloted a lot more calories than I am ... and it's hard, really hard. I simply try to stay focused, eat foods that give me the most "bang for my buck," and try to save some for dessert. But, I definitely can understand how she feels. It's hard, but she should work on keeping her eye on the prize!

Set small goals, make small changes. For example, instead of 3 slices of pizza, eat 2 ... Walk for 5 minutes, then 10 .... Small changes will eventually lead to big ones.

Personally, if my doctor told me that I looked overweight, he would no longer be my doctor.

Love it, thank you!
