What do I do? I feel sick and awful and I hate myself HELP T.T

    You try to eat better tomorrow, add perhaps some extra time in your work outs the next days to feel better, and move on with your life.

    1.) Log the calories.
    2.) Write down or record exactly how you feel how fantastic idea it was and what lead up to it. Keep the record safe to read or listen to it next time you decide gluttony is appealing.
    3.) Forgive yourself and get back to the diet.

    Been there. Done that. Many times. Now I think, I can't change the past, so all I can do is go forward and make good choices. Add extra exercise, extra water. Don't fast or restrict calories too much to try to "make up for it". You may see the scale go up a bit but it's okay, you can get that off quickly. Just don't let it become a habit.

    usually that's Friday or Saturday dinner.

    2-3 beers- and one whole supreme pizza.

    roll with it- and don't eat a whole pizza tomorrow.

    plus thin crust? bleck.

    I used to work at Pizza Hut.....so I don't really care for them all that much any more.

    I crush an entire pizza probably once a month. Just make up for it over the next week on your caloric intake, and it'll all come out in the wash. No worries, mon!

    Drink lots of water and eat some fruit later when your stomach can fit more in it. This will help you poo better tomorrow.
