I am no where near running that much, but something that helps for me is exhaling deeply when the opposite foot from the side w the cramp hits the ground.

great thanks for all the responses! I am running my first one in about 2 weeks and Im scared! lol. Im averaging my runs about 50 minutes, so hopefully it goes a bit faster on race day. I know they say not to worry about time your first one, but its so nerve racking! :)

awesome job guys! did mine the sit-ups were a killer! but 50 completed & 200 crunches

I did it! All 100. 4 sets of 25 and the first 5 of each set were on the toes. The rest on my knees.
