Monday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Chest Flys

Lets do 50 of them.

Some of you don't have a bench so be creative in the way you do them. Also, some of you don't have weights so get what ever works for you.

This video shows how to do them and you can log them as calisthenics if you like.
You have until midnight to get them done and you can do them in any combination of sets you want. Remember, light weight is for toning and heavy weight is for strength when picking your weights.

    oh i did a ton of these Saturday and now my entire chest is sore, don't think I can do anymore today. good luck to everyone else

    I'll be working chest and back tonight so I'm sure I'll easily get in 50 flys. I'll probably kill a few more flys in the kitchen today for warm up. Crazy dogs keep wanting in and out and boy does it let in the flys.

    love these and have tight arms from yesterday so a great way of getting 'em moving!

    Yep! :) they rotate and get a rest day now and then.. a walk or such. lol

    done mine and 30 mins on my bike (I had to dust it I'll be honest).

    I did 51 of them with 20 pound dumbbells.
