    I am still working on doing full pushups. Not quite there yet.
    Just completed 100 bent knee pushups.
    *whispers* I'm gonna feel this in the morning.

    Weds 7/11 -- 100 pushups modified......................................check :( ouch
    Thursday 7/12 -- 100 Jumping Jacks
    Friday 7/13 -- 50 Burpees
    Saturday 7/14 -- 100 Leg Lifts (50 on each leg)
    Sunday 7/15 -- 10 1 min planks
    Monday 7/16 -- 100 squats
    Tuesday 7/17 -- 150 crunches

    You didn't fail the challenge...you actually finished 1/2 of what you wanted to....which means you did more then if you hadn't put out the challenge in the 1st place! Good job....keep on going.:flowerforyou:

    Ok, here it goes..........

    Wed 7/11 -- 100 pushups..........................................100 'girl' (knee) pushups: check
    Thurs 7/12 -- 100 Jumping Jacks............................did 25 when I woke up, gotta do the other 75 tonight.
    Fri 7/13 -- 50 Burpees
    Sat 7/14 -- 100 Leg Lifts (50 on each leg)
    Sun 7/15 -- 100 situps
    Mon 7/16 -- 100 squats
    Tue 7/17 -- 150 crunches

    Good job! More important than doing push ups on your toes is that your form is perfect!

    what are burpees?
    Start in standing position, jump down into plank position, then jump back up to starting position. There's all sorts of modifications for burpees, including one where you jump into a sumo squat first before going into plank, which protects your knees and ones I tend to do. Go on You Tube and type in burpees so you can see how people do them.

    Wednesday: 10 regular pushups, 90 "girl" pushups...Done and my arms are sore!

    Starting a day late, but got Wed and Thur done this morning. Kinda feel like I'm cheating but I did the 100 jumping jacks with my insanity warm up and 80 of the 100 pushups same way, just hammered out the last 20 before cooling down. 50 burpees will be a challenge! I'm game

    Wed 7/11 -- 100 pushups..........................................done, variety: walking, jacks, and regular, none modified.
    Thurs 7/12 -- 100 Jumping Jacks............................done
    Fri 7/13 -- 50 Burpees
    Sat 7/14 -- 100 Leg Lifts (50 on each leg)
    Sun 7/15 -- 100 situps
    Mon 7/16 -- 100 squats
    Tue 7/17 -- 150 crunches
