7 Day challenge.
See if you can push yourself each day to meet or exceed your goal.
These are my goals for this Challenge:
Weds 7/11 -- 100 pushups
Thursday 7/12 -- 100 Jumping Jacks
Friday 7/13 -- 50 Burpees
Saturday 7/14 -- 100 Leg Lifts (50 on each leg)
Sunday 7/15 -- 100 situps
Monday 7/16 -- 100 squats
Tuesday 7/17 -- 150 crunches
Come back each day and post how many you actually did.
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

I am still working on doing full pushups. Not quite there yet.
Just completed 100 bent knee pushups.
*whispers* I'm gonna feel this in the morning.

Checking in.. I managed 50 push ups last night, which I'm pretty impressed with! lol.0

You didn't fail the challenge...you actually finished 1/2 of what you wanted to....which means you did more then if you hadn't put out the challenge in the 1st place! Good job....keep on going.:flowerforyou:0

Wed 7/11 -- 100 pushups..........................................100 'girl' (knee) pushups: check
Thurs 7/12 -- 100 Jumping Jacks............................did 25 when I woke up, gotta do the other 75 tonight.
Fri 7/13 -- 50 Burpees
Sat 7/14 -- 100 Leg Lifts (50 on each leg)
Sun 7/15 -- 100 situps
Mon 7/16 -- 100 squats
Tue 7/17 -- 150 crunches0 -

Good job! More important than doing push ups on your toes is that your form is perfect!0 -
