  • Just made these myself about an hour ago. Using a 1/4 cup measure to make them consistent, it made 10 pancakes at 42 calories a piece. I personally had 7 with some sugar-free maple syrup for a lovely just under 300 brunch! Wonderfully filling and very easy to make. Great directions!
