    I can't eat gluten, dairy, meat, or added sugar and a few other bits and things. These websites are life savers! Let me know if you need any other help, I practically live on food blogs haha.

    I have celiac.... I too live on food blogs. You can modify recipies to fit your needs.

    Try looking for Paleo recipes online and on Pinterest...All are gluten free, many are dairy free and many are egg free because they too are a common allergen.

    I have a milk allergy group on Facebook. It is called Milk Allergy Families Support Group. In the files section, there are websites to find recipes and links to some that are dairy and gluten free. I also admin a milk and egg allergy group. It is called Allergies (eggs/milk) Parent Support Group.
