Constant_imrovement: pic 6, great shoulders

I found aerial silks really helped improve my grip for pole, but my lack of grace was to much of a handicap
-
when you're running at a deficit the body "helpfully" lowers it's thermostat to save energy
-
I finally managed to lift a shoulder mount from seated - sit on the floor, back to the pole, legs apart but straight - lift your feet into the air, then pull yourself into a shoulder mount (basically it removes any chance of kicking into it)

I would recommend you slow the weight loss, I ended up with some complications when I was losing 1 lb per week.

Elbow hold anchor (butterfly) on the strength side and something we call a "Helen follow through to back spin" - and I've no idea what anyone else calls it
-
I'd say that 2-4 hours of activity makes you lightly active

Ew. I wanna go clean my pole now.

I usually just wear this normal cotton tank top; American Apparel unisex cotton PT shorts (I'll not bore you with the complicated arrangement of undergarments to keep "the boys" safe.)

if by "unhealthy" you mean "those foods it's only appropriate to eat in small quantities" then I'm right with you....

Losing 6 lb/month when you don't have a lot to lose... it won't have been just fat you were losing.

It is definitely true for some people, and they seem to make it work - she overlooks his cheating, he overlooks her spending The annoying thing is the type of personality that goes for this is the type that will do anything to make money, and so usually does....

Every time I upped my calories I gained for two weeks, then started losing again. Every time I got really scared during those two weeks.

I used to think like that, until I found myself eating a whole jar of plowman's pickle with a spoon. Believe me, I couldn't choose to do that.

they use different methods for estimating how hard you are working. for around $4000 you can buy a breath analyser, which can tell by how much CO2 you are breathing out how much energy your body is converting (but you have to stay connected to it for around an hour afterwards to catch the co2 for the anaerobic work you did)
-
The Bodymedia combines heat and motion and sweat to derive its estimate, as your arm moves very little during spinning it underestimates. take it off for any stationary bike exercise, and use "edit off-body" to add in the burn

Marks & Spencer sell a nice pack of eight individually wrapped ten gram bars of dark chocolate. I've found that my binges are usually preceded by a couple of days of sharp weight loss (2-3 lb over 3-4 days) - so I think there may be a salt issue, but I've not looked to closely into it. It might be worth changing your…

Ha, so I'm not the only one... I'm going to try mrsgroove's advice, but I think half the job is recognising you're doing it *at the time* - unfortunately, MFP makes food a "better" procrastination - all the weighing of the rice cake, the chutney and the cottage cheese, then the logging - by whick time I'm ready to peel and…

Thigh gap is a PITA when it comes to Pole Dancing....

1 day, two weeks and five, they're all great milestones

BMI is intended to be used for measuring groups of people, not individuals, natural variation is large enough that it will be out for some people. The big distortion is the proportion of your leg length to height
-
My saggy belly and moobs are *slowly* improving, but I doubt I'm ever going to be modelling underwear
-
as long as you don't log any snack less than 300 kcals it all works out in the end....

perhaps you're eating the "wrong" things, or perhaps you're trying to eat to little

1. Salt content of food 2. the unexpected 2. forms 3. work 4. my house

IDK... I'd say you were pretty hawt ;)

how much is your target deficit?

I'm not sure what the problem is - are you concerned that people can see your heart rate?
