nutritional info for enrobed morello cherries?
December's Hotel Chocolat Purist tasting select contained whole morello cherries in 65% dark chocolate HC are too tight to do nutritional analysis, but I'm usually fairly good at finding something similar to log their stuff as - however I've pretty much drawn a blank this time. Any suggestions?

NSV
I ate low fat yogurt today. I exercised will and made the choice to buy it instead of fat free yesterday, and I ate some today. It seems stupid written down, but I'm proud of it.

(possibly TRIGGERING) Help, I need someone to confirm what's
I've blown my sodium for the day. I'll not have so much of that again, but I have to deal with it for now It seems so obvious: The correct thing for me to do is to carry on eating "normally", but aim for lower salt. Oh, and drink more. The wrong thing to do would be to stop eating now because too much salt will give me a…

Oh dear
From Saturday afternoon to Sunday evening I was with normal people, and ate normally... ish. I then got to my house and foolishly didn't go back on diary. I finished every open jar and tub in the kitchen. Today, nothing has passed my lips, not even water. FML

But here you see…

So yes, even though resistance…

looking for a pocket scale...
But my Google-fu isn't up to the job. Even when I include "food" in my search, it just returns the same scales that are ideal for measuring "spices" down to hundredths of a gram - but only about 100 grams of them What I'm looking for is something that can go in my pocket, that I can put under a full size plate, and weigh…

Heads-up: Nutritional info for Sainsbury's Baby corn incorre
Sainsbury's are (probably) publishing incorrect information for their 175 gram pack of Baby Corn - at 98 cal/100g it is stronger stuff than the normal 24-26 cal/100g variety sold elsewhere. I have queried this with their careline, and they agree it looks wrong, and will correct it ASAP.

so, how hard did I work? Calorie estimates from treadmil and
So... a treadmill, provided with your weight, knowing it's incline and speed can calculate how many metres your *kitten* was lifted by, and thus calculate the work enquired to do that - except gait gets in the way, and there's probably a fudge in for running efficiency which will be out if you walk.... blah blah blah The…
