Absolutely a success on losing the weight I needed to, unfortunately not entirely a success on doing it safely. I'm now a strong believer in "starvation mode", "eat more to lose more" and "eat back your exercise calories" because I personally know what can happen when you don't, and some of the things that can go wrong if you push yourself harder to get through plateaus. I guess that makes me a hypocrite.
