  • Try Laughing cow cheese. The cheese bytes are my favorite and they are spreadable; very low in fat and calories. They also have the mini babybell gouda wheels in a "lite" option. Those are great with apples.:wink:
  • I add natural lemon juice to my water. Just a couple of squirts of the "Real Lemon" brand gives my water enough flavor to make it bearable. There are just 6 calories in 2 tablespoons, and it takes a good 5 or so bottles to use up 2 tablespoons! Hope this helps! ~Jen:wink:
