Water Question

Is it ok to drink Decaffinated Green Tea in place of my daily water intake?? Im assuming its ok since there are no calories in it, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
I still do drink water, but Im finding that if Im hungry, water doesn't do much, but for some reason the tea will fill me up.
Also, I drink about 5 cups of tea a day..is that ok????
Thanks in advance for any feedback

From what I hear green tea is very cleansing and good for you. As long as it is decaffinated so you aren't up all night you should be fine. I often have a cup of warm tea in the morning and count it as one of my glasses of water. I will throw a flavored tea bag in my bottle of water once in a while to get some added flavor....:drinker:0
