I just did Day 1. It was a nice balance of basic moves plus some difficult strength training and lots of relaxing and mindful breathing. I can't wait for Day 2.

It is strange how easy it was for my body to get used to not working out while I was visiting friends. Now that I am home and need to start working out again, my body just did not want to get up and move. But I powered through and I got back on track with my workout. Should be a normal week again.
