  • I've been so busy at work that It's been really hard for me to stay on point with my eating over the last two weeks. I have managed to keep up with exercising. My goal is to just track my meals today.

  • I have been so off for the past few days. I really need to find a good work like balance. However, I have been watching what I eat and exercising. So it's a total lost cause.

  • My weekend started oout well but by Sunday I was all off track. I ddid manage to get 12K steps in on Sunday but I didn't log anything. My goal for today was to get back on track!
  • Weekends are normally a challenge when it comes to eating. But I'm going to try my best to stay on track and if nothing else log my meals. As always I plan to get in my 10k steps.

  • My goal for today is to not only track everything I eat but to eat nutritious meals only. I'm also plan on getting in all my water and reach my 10K steps a day goal. I only have 4,300 to go.
  • I managed to log all my meals today. Although none of them were healthy. But at least I did log them all. I did get in my 10k steps today.
