  • Oh nice, It will be helpfull when Im going to the store, btw molly did you know that you can do rly easy tortillias by your own..Its just a flour (any kind you want) and watter. I do them from spelled flour And one tortillia have 100 kcal :)

  • You go girl! I think that is the best to not have a diet, just stick with a plan what you can and cant eat and counting calories. For me MFP is so helpfull. So you can enjoy food and feel amazing. We are here to suport eachoder and all people can see If you will stick with waightlost or quit.
