More than likely the position is wrong. You can check proper positioning on youtube. Make sure that the weight is in your heels and that your knees are not going past your toes.

130 tomorrow (today :wink: ) So far I've been able to do them in one big set, pausing in between sets of twenty. I've been alternating squats like on fitsugar. I think tomorrow I will have to start splitting them up. But so proud of myself for keeping it up! And I definitely have been feeling it in my booty!

That was beautiful. So, to both of you... you can do this! The Success Stories thread is a great way to find motivation. There are many people here who have lost over 100 pounds. And there are people who have lost over 200. You can do it! It's not necessary to repeat everyone's suggestions.

No, for tablespoon I meant a tablespoon from a set of measuring spoons and the same for the cup, a measuring cup. But I have two measuring spoon sets and they're pretty different in size. Well, the tablespoons are the most drastically different.

Invest in a good dry shampoo? You can get a good one for your hair type. It sucks out the oil and sweat, and just wear a shower cap in the shower.

Years ago, I read an article that one hour of hard bumping and grinding can burn up to three hundred calories. And one long, hot kiss (with tongue) is twelve calories. Not necessarily something to log, because mostly I agree that it's a bonus, but definitely worth keeping in mind. :flowerforyou:

I really don't believe in denying yourself either. I always leave room for dessert, and I never feel deprived. I don't think anyone should feel guilty about food ever. I think that goes against everything we're trying to improve. Leave room for whatever you're craving in your calories/macros and party on!
