Nice! I can't believe I haven't thought of that one! For me, anything actiony-sci fi which involves very little thinking (or basic dialogue) and lots of running or driving fast: Resident Evil, Matrix, Expendables, Batman, Starship Troopers, Fifth Element, Star Trek, Aliens, Lockout, Battle LA, Dredd, etc, etc.

Ditto to the HRM suggestions. It'll give you a fat burn count more accurate to your height, weight, and age. I did 74 mins on a stationary bike this morning - almost entirely in fat burn range, for 416 calories.

For squats, my trainers keep saying in classes to suck in your gut to get rid of any lower back pain: belly button to spine.

^ Yep. The only downside. No change in sensitivity, but if you want to try increasing sensitivity, wear shields for a while.

If he's a hardcore gamer, why not use his gaming personality as a motivator instead of getting annoyed at it? I get a weekly (or so) email from subscribing to NerdFitness; the site might be selling something, but not so far as I can tell except to promote paleo and how to make exercise and eating right more like an MMORPG…

I'm a 38DD, and I use the highest support Berlei bra available. It was ~AUD$50, BUT they go on sale EOFY and Boxing Day (usually down by 30% or more), so I save up for those!

I love doing the plank but I have major pain issues with my right wrist. My PT suggested using a weight.
