    Good cut man. Trying to hold on to as much muscle as possible, Im at 2300 cals a day. 404020 split. what do you do for cardio? Also what would you say your current BF% is now.

    I do HIIT every 1-2 weeks. Last sunday I did layne nortons 15 minute stationary bike HIIT.

    Oh my... ridiculous.
