I would be very, very careful about taking diet/appetite suppressant/energy pills. I work on the liver disease/liver transplant floor and a lot of our patients have permanent liver damage from taking those pills.

I've noticed that some people have tickers that tell you pounds to go vs pounds you have lost. Could somebody please explain to me how to do that?

Weight gain...alllll from studying and trying to not fall asleep from all the boring material you have to read! How am i going to lose weight and study? all i do is sit and eat. but, since i've joined MFP at least i'm more mindful of what i'm eating and how many calories i'm consuming in a day.

so many great ideas! I love to make it quick and simple: 1 can tuna couple of stalks of celery chopped( i like to add alot!) 1 can cannelini beans 2 tablespoons of a low cal dressing or plain vinegar mix and enjoy! I like to alternate cans of tuna with cans of salmon.

And, one of the things that also make it very hard for me to lose right now, i'm a student! trying to stay up, study, write papers without snacking all day is killing me!

Fuerza Bruta! It's not a broadway show, but definitely a great experience. The show is interactive, great music, visually stunning, lots of fun, and nothing like you've seen. If you want a broadway show i would highly recommend Memphis.
