Today ran my usual 5k route was a bit sore from my leg workout yesterday morning so ended up being about two minutes slower but it's ok the point was to just be out there running time wasn't really a factor today. Today I burned 877 calories in 89 minutes...Back in the grid after a two day break! Did my 5k in 26:31 this morning and a legs workout was sweating the whole time non stop finally cooled down once my workout was completed a beautiful morning out clear skies and the sun rising in the East.

Today is another day off for me...My shoulder is still recovering from the other day when I tweaked it a bit :grumble: Tonight after work I plan on running and probably doing a leg workout.

Good morning everyone from overseas! Hope everyone is having a good weekend so far...This morning was back to the gym started with my 5k run with my Army co-worker again and then did a Chest and Tricep workout. A great calorie burn today 919 in 107 minutes! IE Forget Calm Go Beastmode! Lol

Today I burned 592 Calories with my leg workout and a volleyball game tonight total time was about 90mins. No run today everything is still really wet from the rain the last two days. I hope to run in the morning after work hopefully don't get off too late. Great job today everyone glad to see everyone on here working hard…

My internet went out unexpected for 15 hrs crazy! Yesterday IE Monday it rained almost all day so I took it indoors and did the elliptical for 45 mins and worked out my Abs / Back for 45mins as well a lower burn calorie wise but it's ok at least I got into the gym... :)

@FromHereOnOut - Planning an exercise routine is never an easy task especially when you have other family commitments...What my wife told me today that helps her stay on track is plan your day around your work out not the other way around. If you plan your day and then try and get a workout in it usually doesn't work…

Hello everyone welcome to another week in November! Today I ran my normal 5K route in 26:30 not bad condidering it was very windy in some parts of the route. I also worked out my shoulders just over an hour. My total burn was 823 cal in 97 minutes.
