Pilates X is done but by done I mean I am getting really comfortable at not being perfect LOL - I am experiencing some real pain in my lat/shoulder area and can't figure out why. It's only in certain positions but it has me concerned for when I start eccentric upper next week. Thoughts?

Did the P90X3 Isometrix today - wowza - that was hard.

You're definitely going to be increasing muscle mass on P90x3 so that could account for some of it. Good luck sounds like you're getting great results.

I've never been so happy for yoga day in forever!! And he even says the most important part is "Don't skip it". It does help to work out the kinks!

I'm in the middle of week 3 of P90X. Still modifying most of the plyo moves because Im old LOL but so far I'm hanging with it! Haven't missed a workout yet. Lovin it!

Just got back from a week at the beach. I did 30 minutes every day of a program that I recently started. I didn't want to lose my momentum. I even used a two litre pepsi bottle and a water bottle for "weights" :-) In past years, I would try to go for daily walks and choose one meal a day to go off the rails. Streaming…

So happy to have found this group! I'm a huge BOD fan! I've done several different programs including 21DF and 21DFX. I just finished P90 and this is my first week of P90X3. I like to keep my workouts to around 30 minutes because I know I can commit to that. Any way thanks!!

I don't know about why you'd want to log food today that you're eating tomorrow - doesn't sound like an accurate reflection. On another note be careful of how many calories MFP or your fitness tracker says you've earned - it can be misleading. Good luck!

If you know in your heart you are doing the right things then keep doing them and congratulating yourself for doing it. The scale is just data but sometimes the data is skewed. The good news is next week you have another opportunity to collect that data and will probably be surprised at what it says.

Is it possible you're pregnant? Just putting it out there as that was a major symptom for me when I was pregnant.

What were you doing when you successfully lost the weight? Do that. All the time - I succumbed to the "I will have to log for life" idea and although my loss has been slow it has been steady. And don't let others tell you if you're too skinny or not. That is for you (and hopefully your doctor) to decide.

Weird things happen on the scale all the time. Be patient and keep doing the next right thing and it will come right off.

It's the trending line not the week to week that counts. Keep doing the right things and the scale will catch up with you.
