Weight Gain when Lifting Myths or Facts

Will Always Feel Like "The Fat Girl"
I've been up and I've been down (although never satisfied with where I am) I always still feel like the fat girl in the room, I am at a reasonable weight and know in my head that it's not true but that is the feeling I always have. Any one else have that feeling?

Just wasn't feeling it this morning
I am a morning exerciser. I do 30 min a day most days of the week. I'll never go for athleticism etc. Just creating a deficit. Today I wasn't feeling it. I just couldn't make myself suit up. I feel crappy about it but I'm not sure that is any more motivating. I just wanted to vent - I'm sure I'll be back at it tomorrow.

Why do I do this and why can't I stop

39 Miles - Now that's insane!!!
Not sure what insanity is but I know walking 39 miles is pretty insane. My girlfriends and I are doing the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer this Saturday and Sunday in Washington, D.C.
