Three Years and counting

Three years ago today I reached my goal weight. A number I had chased my entire adult life. Could I stand to lose 10 more - yup. But I've been on a journey of self-acceptance, of not letting the scale play mind tricks on me, of learning to enjoy life AND enjoy fitness. In the three years since that day I have never been more than 1.5 lbs over that number. Slow and steady wins the race - always has, always will! Cheers.
