I just cook it up, then add sauteed sweet peppers, yellow squash, zucchini and onion, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. At the very last minute, stir in about 4 oz of soft goat cheese. My favorite side dish!

I keep Hershey's kisses on hand for just such occasions. Alternatively, try Arctic Zone Chocolate frozen dessert (150 calories a PINT). The Arctic Zone is pricey, though.

Most HRM's have a "pause" function that could be used when you're on the lift or take a break. That should do it.

Toasted English muffin (I use Thomas HIgh Fiber) In ramekin, microwave southwestern Eggbeaters, Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage patty, and 1/8 cup fat free cheddar cheese. Yummy high protein breakfast sandwich, 213 calories, keeps you full for hours.

I try to take one day a week (usually Sunday). However, I travel for business a lot, so sometimes I have to be flexible to accommodate my plane schedule, etc. As a general rule of thumb, I try not to exercise more than 8 days in a row without a break. YMMV, though.

As a general rule, women really shouldn't be less than 20% from a maintenance perspective. One technique that might help is to weigh yourself every day, and then average the values for your weekly weigh-in. This helps to smooth out the high water-retention days, as well as those days when you inexplicably lose three pounds overnight.
