HELP!

Ok so I will be taking a trip to the Grand Canyon right after labor day, and I am very excited about this, it is about 9-10 weeks away, my goal for this is to lose between 10-20lbs, is this a good goal? do you guys have any tips to help me accomplish this?

    Sounds like fun. My tips are:

    1. Work on some cardio and strength training (videos, gym, whatever)
    2. Change the % in the your diary to 40% carbs, 30% proteina dn 30% fat.
    3. Follow your calorie counts and eat your exercise calories.

    Make sure you exercise each and every day, even if it's just taking a quick walk. This will help keep your metabolism up.

    It is very doable to lose 1 lb a week since you don't have a whole lot to lose.
