I would like to join, also. I am at 241 pounds and would love to lose about 90 pounds total.A goal of 60 by January 1st would help me be well on to way to lose 90 pounds. I haven't done MyFitnessPal in a long time. I am just restarting. How does a challenge like this work?2

Hi am new here how do I join this group ? .. I'm 41 a single mom of 4 lost my confidence putting all this weight on over the years..am currently 200lbs want to lose just over 60lbs ..it's time for me to do something about it ! So plz any help will be appreciated thanks ☺1

This is just what I was looking for. I'm in! 10lbs a month is doable. I've done it before using MFP. You must stay focused and keep it interesting. Surprise exercise challenges are fun. If you have something please post so we can all participate. I'll start: Today's surprise challenge is 50 situps. Let's keep each other motivated!

I'm in. I am 39 year old mom of four that stays home. I started in January and weighed 283 pounds. I weighed 209.2 yesterday morning. I log everything I eat. I am learning to count Macro's instead of just calories. I am doing Cize and clean lot's. I want to start lifting soon.
Are we going to have an official weigh in day?

This sounds great. I have an overall goal to lose about 90, with 30 pounds lost that leaves about 60 to go!
I also want to focus on toning as well, so not just numbers on the scale.
