if you're worried but still want to lose weight i say just play it by ear. i've lost 112 lbs so far and i have a bit of loose skin but its not heaps bad.

doesnt bother me. as long as they can do and teach the workout properly. you'd be surprised how overweight you can be and still be completely awesome at a workout. i'm still categorized as obese for another 10 kg (22 lbs) and i can run for 30 mins without stopping to walk. i never even thought that it was possible for…

i do a low carb diet and when i first started i didnt calorie count and lost heaps of weight. idk, worked for me.

sweetener & cream- but i only put in 20 mls of cream so its only 75 cal a cup, and 1 g carbs. almond milk would be another low carb option instead of cream :)

despite not losing any weight this year ive gone from only being able to jog for 1 minute straight to being able to jog for 30 mins straight !

eek! does the cross trainer measure your heart rate while you're on it? if its quite high throughout most of your workout (like, near the heart rate you get when you're running) i'd go with what mfp says!

because nutella would be awesomely low carb if only there was no added sugar. how to solve problem? make it yourself with no added sugar/ use artificial sweeteners instead.

i've lost a lot of weight and have some loose skin, it used to reeeaallly get me down but then i started doing more exercise and strength exercises too, and its really helped, the loose skin looks less and less bad. however my loose belly skin hasnt improved. i'm just hoping one day i'll have enough money to get surgery.…

i love them. i rinse them, dry fry them, then mix in some sour cream & chicken stock powder. and i serve them with grated cheese and parmesan cheese. yummo! not many people like them but they're worth a try!
