Yeah one day to cheat a little would be fine but I cheated yesterday a lot with him. Thinking his friends would take him out today and for dinner. But he told me 2 hours ago he really wants to go with me to this French place.

I can't have hummus since on weight watchers its to many points. Once my weight watchers is over I am going to take MFP more seriously. For now I just use it as support and the scanner is X 10 better then weight watchers scanner. I love that MFP is free!

I wouldn't listen to him, your weight and body belong to you. If he doesn't like your weight thats part of you. So he basically saying I don't like you. That is really rude and hurtful, their are a lot of guys in this world.

Hi Sammy Welcome! I'm new, using weight weighters but once my 3 months are over I plan to use MFP for the rest of my life! lol They have a scanner if you have iphone and it will make tracking calories as easy as 1 2 3. lol I believe in you! You will get to your goal just make sure your doing it for you.

I have black beans, Pico de Gallo that I make myself with tomatoes, onions, chili, long green onions, cilantro, dressing lime juice. Then I mix it with quinoa, I feel like I am eating mexican food and if I have some shrimp I throw that in there too.
