I did the same thing!! I am so glad that you are back and we can do this together and be strong for our kids! You can do it! Way to go I am proud of you for coming back!

After reading all this I soo want to be friends with everybody! I feel that you will all be honest and that's what I need. This is probably the best post I have seen since being on here!!

I won't get offended at all!! I need someone strong to keep me going and I can try and do the same. Maybe it will help us both to stay on track!

I am so glad to find someone out there just like me!! I joined about a year ago, lost 14 pounds and then just kinda thought I could do it on my own without MFP. Well I could and gain all the weight and more back. So whata say...let's do this together and keep each other going strong!!!

I would love to be friends as long as you are truthful and keep my in check!!! I have been overweight since college and just can't seem to lose the weight!

The key is to workout!!!! That is how I am losing my weight. I have found a machine in my local gym that I love, it's the reebok step. It killed my legs the first time I did it, but now I love it and can stay on it for 15 minutes. I am hoping to make 20 min. Also stay within your calories that they give you on this site.…
