Just finished logging in. I'll need a TON of help in sticking with this as I LOVE to eat!! (And not exercise!).

    I'm here to support you all you need!
    I hate to exercise, but I have do some light cycling every day and it actually burns a good amount of calories.
    I'm working on some strength training with 5 pound weights and it's not too much effort!
