Love her walks! Even my kids like to join in.I used 1 video repeatedly and lost 20 lbs in a few months.I stopped for a bit due to moving and a baby being born,but back on it again as of today!

I would love to! Just got back into MFP. I use Leslie Sansone. 1 question though,how do we count calories? I was trying to log an exercise dvd and I don't know how to record calories burned,should I just log it under cardio? Let me know when we start and the miles we are working for! Thanks,Faith

sounds like a plan! I change it up between the walking/aerobics video and the prevention 3-2-1 circuit routine.I am a "clean-a-holic" so I will start scrubbing! so you mean that you eat 1200 cals,then work out and let the chips fall where they may? no eating back any extra? are you losing weight? cuz 900 cals daily seems pretty low....but maybe it works? let me know
