Ok my first week i lost 6 lbs, Im actually in the 150's ok only .09lb
from 160 but i will take it. My next Mini goal is gonna be in the 140's
by the end of may thats 3 weeks I think i can do it!
I started this journey at 188 i was 165 when i joined mfp I want to
thank you all for the support and motivation 6LBS 1 WEEK ! WOW !
Sorry im being silly but im so hyped.

WOW ! that is amazing! I am about ready to hang it up. Every day MFP tells me that in 5 weeks I'll be___. I am not losing a thing.I eat within my calories which is a little over 1500.I exercise w/ Leslies Walk away the pounds,doing at least 2 miles everyday.I don't know.I am pretty close to your starting weight.Any advise?thnx0

Dont give up it took me 7 months to get from 188 to 165, if you have been walking
everyday try changeing it up some I have been scrubbing walls and floors in my house
a diff room every other day or so still have 4 rooms left I believe the extra effort really
help my weight and my house :laugh: (my closets are next ugghhh)0 -
sounds like a plan! I change it up between the walking/aerobics video and the prevention 3-2-1 circuit routine.I am a "clean-a-holic" so I will start scrubbing! I have determined to keep my calorie count good if for nothing else to be healthy and fat!:laugh: it is frustrating to see the supposed results at each diary log and see no results at each weigh in0
