  • This one is really hard for me! I really like baking stuff like breads, cupcakes, brownies, cookies... And then it's staring at me like "EAT ME". I can only get rid of so much...
  • If you're just looking for something to go on toast - have you tried peanut butter? It's about the same number of calories but you've got the extra bonus of protein! Just a thought!
  • I typically exercise, then put the calories/time in my exercise notes and wait until dinner time to add it into the actual diary. My daily goal is 1570 - with my exercise put in I try my best to keep the calories at 1200+. I hope that helps / makes sense!
  • Cheese is totally ok in moderation! And as far as pizza goes - make your own so you know what goes into it. You can even make a mini pizza or put pizza ingredients into a pita - not the same but it should help some... BTW having a cheat day once in a while is actually good for you!
  • Prunes. Not only do they fix the bm problem, they fill you up faster so when you're eating something less healthy you will feel full quicker and eat less! One serving is 5-7 prunes (depending on size/brand) for 100 calories. I know a lot of people hate the taste or texture but if you can get past it, it helps a lot!
  • Going to the gym isn't exactly doable for me - I know people are going to say I'm making excuses but I can't afford to drive to daycare to drop my kid off for an hour and then drive to the gym so i can work out and then drive back to pick up my kid and drive home.
