@healthygirlintransit I don't complete my diary each day. I usually log breakfast, exercise and nothing else. Lately, I have been using the RP Diet app to track macros and I've been skipping the diary on MFP. I need to get being lazy and get back to both.

For August, I am doing the Bulk Phase of Body Beast. I have 25 lifting workouts to complete and i will complete my diary each day of the month. My current weight is 203 My goal weight for Sept 1 is 208. Let's go hammer this.

What if I move more while drinking more wine? Seriously, eating a little less, little better ( veggies vs French fries) and adding more movement is the best approach. Slow and incremental changes to a longer term healthy lifestyle

Working so far all morning. I've logged my meals for the day, but I had an extra mountain dew. I'm not sure about my workout tonight, but there will be something to burn some calories.
