Hard cast. Sometimes total immobilization is the only way to go. I had to wear a device ( they were going to hard cast me) 24/7 for over three months to heal tendons in my wrist. It worked. Thankfully and I never had a reoccurrence, even though I did the same job for several more years.

Thanks Marky Mark .... I was not happy hearing the news from my podiatrist saying my ankle is still broken ( this all started in October 22 ) I am hoping this hard cast will allow it to heal but I am thinking there will be a 5th foot surgery ughhh
