I sleep in my underwear (no bra ever). It happened over time though. Like first the pants went then a couple months later the shirt. I have a hard time platonically sleeping in the same bed as other people because of it. I just cannot wear clothes to bed at all now.

Body cocoon. Buttoned up to the top of the neck. Temperature doesnt matter, always have the flap in the back if it gets too hot
