  • I’m 5’2” and have broad shoulders. I was 130 for almost a year but am now at 125 and have much better definition. I work out routinely and think I’d be best at 122. Any lower and I get gaunt looking.
  • Be patient. I’m 63 and 5’2”. Lost 15 pounds at 1200 cal then maintained that for 8 months. It was really hard to keep at 1200 cal and I probably averaged close to 1400.   • I always put half my meal from a restaurant in a to go box. It used to be right away, but after a couple of years I got better at waiting till the end (and not eating all of it). It was a suggestion I got on here years ago, and is great. I don’t do anything else except count calories.
