Hi i ve just started out and im doing dead lifts, press ups, bicep curls, side raises, lunges, squats, sit ups, cant remeber othe rnames i just do them haha. Ive just bought a dvd called Xfit Train its like p90x but only £16 on amazon, its really helped me.

Her muscles arent big they are just defined. Gaining muscle means you burn more calories daily, some people really dont get the weight lifting benefits (no offence). Also i wander why you would be so negative about someones hard work and their determination to succeed?

Personally for me the shred was my main cause of loss and muscle gain, apart from that all i did was work to work and back which totalled 5.6 miles a day.
