5’4” and 46lbs down another 24lbs to go!!! Whilst on this “journey” u become so fixated on a certain number that U actually forget how far u have come. I need to learn to be happy and content with how far I have come instead of looking for more losses!!! Hopefully I can get down to my goal weight the weight I was before…

Lost 46lbs since January 2018 just by calorie counting I haven’t been strict for the past 4-5 months but I haven’t regained so thats plus!!! Now for the last 24lbs which I have heard is incredibly harder I’ve set my goal date of 31st March is this doable?

I AM IN THE SAME BOAT!!! I’ve lost 43lbs and still need to loose another 14lbs or so and I really am stuck in a plateau and ITS SOOOO FRUSTATING!!! I need some advice guys plz!! Xx

I’m 30 in August and what’s helping me keeping going is that I wanna look HoTtt on my 30th birthday party. I have 3 sons so it’s been while since my body has been in “good” condition x

Im looking to lose 30lbs. I tend to 30mins of cardio 3 times a week hiit training 2 times aweek and body sculpt exerises. evry week I tend to swap and change compared to my mood. overall i work out 5 times a week no more than 30mins at a time. I tend to get bored very quickly. ;]:smile:
