Women 5'4 - 5"5 with results + Pictures

5'5 and I just met my goal weight this week!

5’4” and 46lbs down another 24lbs to go!!!
Whilst on this “journey” u become so fixated on a certain number that U actually forget how far u have come.
I need to learn to be happy and content with how far I have come instead of looking for more losses!!!
Hopefully I can get down to my goal weight the weight I was before having my 3 sons.

230 lbs on the left, 145 lbs on the right. Pretty nuts. Took about 10 months

I found this thread super helpful and I think I am finally ready to post. Starting weight was 185.4 in January. Before picture is from last June, but same weight. After picture is this week 147. 38lb lost in 4.5 months. Height 5'5"

5’5”, 220 lbs > 150 lbs = 70 lbs lost, ~1 year

Wow! Just wow! I have been looking at everyone's photos and it has given me true inspiration to knuckle down and lose this weight. I am 5'4"... 47 and heading ... or diving... for the menopause... erg! But I do not want to use that as an excuse not to even try. I will do this! I cannot wait to be in the position to post before and after photos. Watch this space!!! I started my new way of life yesterday. Thanks everyone for giving me that kick up the (rather large) bum!

The dreaded before at around 235 lbs. The much happier and healthier "getting close" at 168 lbs. This morning I weighed in at 158. 8 more to go!!
