I can by referring you and the OP to this guide. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/931670 2 pounds per week is not healthy. Even if it was acceptable, you can get the loose skin that OP is worried about easily when you lose weight so fast.

My mom is only 4'9", a whole 5 inches shorter than me, so yeah. Any little bit of weight gain shows up on her hips and butt so fast! I'm glad that I got even as tall as I did!

By American measurements (I had to convert to understand lol), you're about 4'9" and 90 pounds. Even at your height, you shouldn't weigh less than 100 lbs (45kg). You need to seek an ongoing, permanent form of therapy because your ED is still present along with a case of body dysmorphia.

Carbs are hard to resist, especially when they have lots of sugar and are squishy (like warm oatmeal or soggy cereal). They're comfort foods for sure. Maybe you could offer to make breakfast for the family? Under the guise of being kind, you could arrange yourself healthier mornings of eggs, toast, and fruits.
