Oh I hope not ... I had TMJ misalignment , and was really horrid. Please don't shoot me :embarassed: ..... I went to se a Cranial osteopath and I got it sorted. (ducks for cover) .. hey it worked for me , I ain't judging anyone ... It aint quackery if it works.

It's pretty inaccurate because there are so many variables, But I use it too. At least you are recognizing some calories.

even a baseball cap does the trick , to a certain extent. I wear a wrist band sometimes , then you can do the occasional mop. Interestingly , when i had a beard, the sweat ran in all the right directions automatically, hope that ain't an option for you.... :bigsmile:

Your diet is quite fruity, I find fruit quite hollow / crashy, maybe try replacing those calories with more satisfying lasting fatty / protien / lower GI calories.
