Sounds like you eat all the right foods, but you should probably eat more calories if you work out 45 minutes a day! 1300 is very little!

I started today aswell! :) First time working out since I had my baby, so it was pretty intense but awesome! Because I have a 4 week old I might not be motivated to do it every day, so I'd love to have other people to support me and to talk to!
