Does my daily diet look okay?

I eat around 1300 calories per day and exercise at least 45 mins each day.

Breakfast: Oatmeal with 1 tbsp half fat peanut butter OR slice of wholegrain toast with homemade smoothie.

Lunch: Chicken salad OR fritatta OR chicken salad sandwich with light mayo

Dinner: Chicken or fish with veggies and baby potatoes/wholegrain noodles/brown rice OR healthy chicken fajitas with wholegrain tortillas and half fat sour cream

Snacks: yogurt, crackers, breadsticks and hummus, banana, fruit salad

    If you could open your diary that would be helpful - those all sound like reasonable choices but without knowing AMOUNTS that you're eating, our opinions about the quality of the foods themselves don't matter a bit. After all, you can gain weight eating nothing but carrots, if you eat enough of them!
  • Sounds like you eat all the right foods, but you should probably eat more calories if you work out 45 minutes a day! 1300 is very little!
  • How much shall I increase my calories by?
