I eat around 1300 calories per day and exercise at least 45 mins each day.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with 1 tbsp half fat peanut butter OR slice of wholegrain toast with homemade smoothie.
Lunch: Chicken salad OR fritatta OR chicken salad sandwich with light mayo
Dinner: Chicken or fish with veggies and baby potatoes/wholegrain noodles/brown rice OR healthy chicken fajitas with wholegrain tortillas and half fat sour cream
Snacks: yogurt, crackers, breadsticks and hummus, banana, fruit salad

If you could open your diary that would be helpful - those all sound like reasonable choices but without knowing AMOUNTS that you're eating, our opinions about the quality of the foods themselves don't matter a bit. After all, you can gain weight eating nothing but carrots, if you eat enough of them!0

Sounds like you eat all the right foods, but you should probably eat more calories if you work out 45 minutes a day! 1300 is very little!0

How much shall I increase my calories by?0
