JILLIAN MICHAELS - KILLER BUNS & THIGHS

HI everyone!
I'm starting the JM workout, killer buns & thighs, and was wondering if anyone here already made it? Or are actually doing it right now?
I would like to know how much calories are burned during the 3 levels? :) And to know your experience !! :D

    Collage video lists this as circuit training ..... so for MFP ......under cardio use circuit training.

    That calorie "guesstimate" on MFP should take your height and weight into account. Calorie burns depend upon so many factors: height, weight, age, gender, exertion level, etc.

    MFP cannot know your exertion level. What is a tough workout for you, may be an easy workout for someone else.
  • I've done it before, it's a great workout! Wow, was i sore after doing it! Haha. I have no idea how much i burned though.. Good luck!
  • I bought it a couple of years ago and have tried it twice. Admittedly, I've only done level 1, but I found it to be more a light day workout. Maybe the higher levels are better, but I'm not sure I want to waste a workout if they aren't. People really seem to like it though, so maybe it's just me.
