I know how you feel.... i only have 10 lb weights.... and when its light weights i use 10 lb weights.... LOL.... they only use 8 lb as the heaviest!

weekends are hard!!! no one wants to do anything on the weekends... but really if you think about it, its the best time TO get a work out in! Why? because you dont have to wake up super early before work to get it done, AND there is no rushing!

Lol sometimes the "I barely broke a sweat" work outs are the ones that cause the "I can barely move my arms" the next day lol!!!! No worries about the meal plan. Hey Michelle :). Couldn't agree with you more!!! This program is especially great for a new year start because it progresses into intensity. However if you want to intensify definitely do more reps or add more weights!!! Or do two rounds!!!

My goal is to go from 241 to 200. I am also doing kickboxing and couch to 5 k. As well as eating properly!!! My 26th birthday is April 1st so I want to feel confident for it!!!!

Anything is possible!!! You can always intensify the program to get better results! Or incorporate strength training/ extra cardio outside of the program!!!
