Thanks for letting me know about the link! I'll see what I can do! Recipes are something we're interesting in doing, for sure. :)

For now, here's the RSS feed: http://keenonketo.com/feed/ we may get on twitter in the future :) We will definitely go more in depth with snacks/treats in future posts, but was there anything in particular you wanted to hear about 1st?!

Hi, here are some really great things to read that helped me a lot when I started (10 months ago, down 40 pounds): https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gZfJejOM8fJsX1iCilmnpp1qmT_KncJwWCR4-EsaEHc/edit?pli=1 https://www.reddit.com/r/keto/wiki/faq Understanding how ketosis worked was pretty fundamental to being able to do…

I'm really impressed your son is reading labels, that's great. It's always crazy when I see something "low fat" because that usually means they upped the sugar content. I used to make fat bombs when I first started keto but now I bake! I keto bake, I mean. And I don't do it often, but I make cookies, ice cream, mousse,…

You can do things like Philly cheesesteak "sandwiches" (no buns for keto, buns for your fam), or burgers (same), or soups (lots of great recipes if you google Keto soups). I've found pinterest really useful for finding recipes. Sometimes all it takes is modifying something you already eat too, like meatloaf, to make it…

Hi! My husband and I have been on keto since April 20th, 2015. Together we've lost nearly 50 pounds since then. We do pretty strict keto 6 weeks at a time and then take a break weekend. It's been working very well. I blog about our keto experience over at www.getworkingsteph.com. Feel free to add me as a friend, I just…

You burn calories when you're inactive, that's what it's doing. It won't just stop calculating because it isn't on your body. Typically you burn around 15 calories every 15 minutes doing nothing at all. It just think you're standing still.

I like Sworkit! Not sure if you have a phone that you can download it on but it's free or $1 for the souped-up version. I like all it has to offer. Yoga, strength, cardio, stretching.

Just (re)started today. It works. I've done it 2 times before with great results. Hoping this time I don't forget to keep doing something after I'm done it!

I can do legit sit ups! Hands behind my head, all the way up, sit ups. Before I could just do crunches.

The Body, so sad. Once More With Feeling, but also the next ep. Tabula Rasa, I like to watch them back to back. Grave, Xander love saved the day.

Cauliflower pizza might take slightly more time than ordering online but wow, it's so good. I thought there was no way it was going to compare to real pizza. I was wrong. It's delicious. The whole time you're making it you think to yourself "no, there's no way this is going to hold together in an oven" but it does! It's…

I did worry I was being too obsessive! LOL. I'm definitely not eating more than my calories allow, I'm just eating them slower. Thanks for the replies, MFP, you guys are so helpful.

Fantastic! I often feel like I'm not accomplishing anything because the scale doesn't budge as much as I'd like it. But I have to keep reminding myself, the best way to keep weight off is to lose it a proper pace, the proper way. You look great!

From Buckets of Rain: I like your smile and your fingertips I like the way that you move your hips. I like the cool way you look at me. Everything about you is bringing me misery. Devastating.

Hmm. 2 years ago when I lost 20 pounds it was because I was out of work and angry I couldn't find a job and felt out of control of everything. Losing weight was the only thing I could control so I put a lot of effort into it. This time it was because I keep seeing outfit combinations of Pinterest that I can't pull off at…

This morning I set my alarm for 6:50 and then laughed at myself when it went off. Some people work out better in the afternoon, I'd love to be a morning person but I'm not. It's better to go at any point then not at all is what I told myself before I rolled over and went right back to sleep.

Fantastic! Your attitude is great!
